More On Valuing Services You Don't Pay For
An update on clients of Legal Access Plans. Today we had another one of these clients demonstrate a lack of consideration for our value. This couple has twice made appointments and twice only canceled them when we call to remind them that they have an appointment with us the next day. Both of those appointments have been our only 6:00 p.m. appointment in my calendar, an appointment time that is always in high demand. I feel as if these people do not respect our time.
I'm going to have to find another way to give back to the community, because this just isn't working.
